Website Analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Data collected includes: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and anonymised IP-based location. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies or tracking pixels. Optional Analytics (Google Analytics)

Where Google Analytics is enabled, it is loaded only after consent has been accepted. It may process page interaction data and set analytics cookies for measurement purposes. Declining analytics prevents Google Analytics from loading and clears supported analytics cookies from this website.

Interactive Maps (Mapbox)

We use Mapbox to display interactive maps and property locations. When the map is loaded, Mapbox may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, usage timestamps, Mapbox product/version information, and map request data. We do not use Mapbox on this website to collect your live device location. Data is processed by Mapbox, Inc. in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
